It was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. They didn't have housekeeping service. Their hallways smells like nastay meat which reminded me of Dahmer. The room didn't have any iron or iron table and I had to get those from the counter. Wifi was very slow. It was better that we didn't use it anymore. They haven't provided any shampoo. Nothing was goos in this hotel. I was very happy when it was time for us to leave.
I have been here for a while due to situations. The staff is nice and pleasant. Yes they have been shorthanded. But you have to work with them as well. I always have everything I need I need. It would be nice nice if they had complimentary drinks or a loyalty program for guests who has overstayed their time at the hotel. Just like other hotels I have stayed at.
1. Rooms are not as described. 2. I accidentally booked a day short of my trip. Received a call and a text but before I could call back, since I was in a meeting, they had already checked me out and clear my stuff including food from the room. Also took all my clothes off my hangers and threw in with the rest of the stuff. Most unprofessional of any place I ever stayed before. I also know the timing because I take a security camera everywhere I go. 20 minutes is all they allowed to return both call and text. Very upsetting since I came to an extended stay as I relocate to the area. Will not be returning.
I honestly don’t know how this place is still operating. From the moment you walk in, the entire hotel reeks of animal anuses thanks to all the large dogs they allow. The hallways and even the elevator carpets are covered in pet mess stains that look (and smell) like they’ve never been cleaned. The price listed online is a total scam—what they don’t tell you is that they’ll nickel and dime you for everything, including basic things like clean linens and towels. I’ve never stayed at a place that charges you extra just to not sleep in filth. To make things worse, the hotel is roach-infested. I saw several crawling around during my stay, which was the final straw. And then there’s the front desk clerk, Jasmine, who might seem professional at first—but don’t be fooled. She’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. My family and I were kicked out after she accused us of “tampering with the smoke detector” because there was tape around it. We don’t smoke and it was already like that when we checked in! She then tried to charge my card $250 for “damages.” Save yourself the headache and stay literally anywhere else. This place is a nightmare from start to finish.
The facility was fine and the location was good however the manager was non compliant with ADA guidelines regarding service animals. Upon arrival I checked in and paid for 1 day. I informed the man working of my service animal and had no issues at that point. The next day I went back to the desk to pay for an additional 2 weeks. At this time the manager was working and was very short and rude with me. He told me that he didn't think my animal looked like a service dog (he's a pitbull) and that he would be charging me a $50 deposit and $5 per night pet charge which is non compliant with ADA guidelines. I offered to provide him documents showing the dog was registered as a service animal which is not required to do but he refused. I also offered to inform him the service my dog provides which is supposed to be the only question they ask and which he also refused.
