All Is Well Resort

We’ve had the pleasure of staying in both a dome and a mirror house. First the mirror house. You’ll find it exactly as described. Everything is new and the design is so smart, with so much glass it feels bigger than it is (it’s certainly compact, very ‘euro-mod’). Loved the bathroom too (the glass in that part has a frosted pattern to prevent too much transparency!). Our second visit was to a dome, which we also found very comfortable, intelligently laid out and attractively decorated, more room for sure than the mirror house, which we preferred. Nicely secluded, but close to area shops and wineries. And the owners are great people- really good to deal with. The “hill country of north Texas” is such a hidden gem of a region, and you’ll find All is Well a perfect home base for exploring it, or a great never-leave-the-place getaway.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Mirror House at All Is Well Resort in Saint Jo, Texas was absolutely fabulous. It was decorated perfectly and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The fire pit, hot tub, and sauna were incredible, all nestled and secluded among the trees. It felt very private and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of this getaway and can’t wait to return.

After having this type of experience at All is Well Resort, I can never look back to just regular camping. I stayed at their newest addition, The Mirror Houses (Zen Den), and I was just awestruck by the insane architecture and views! They provided everything you would need, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, utensils, microwave, towels, bath robes, and coffee pods. Make sure to prepare some microwaveable foods, granola, or fresh fruits. The property owner was also the kindest and most helpful person in the world that he made our stay 100x better. I loved it so much and will definitely be back to try the other stays!

Absolutely beautiful land!! We loved the privacy of our bubble hut with gorgeous views of the night sky. We even had our own telescope. We also really loved how comfortable and big the bed was, how nicely decorated the bathroom and kitchen were and the cute little coffee cart. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need. We throughly enjoyed our time by our own personal fire pit under the stars and relaxing in the hammock. The owners were incredibly friendly and had great communication. It’s also close enough to check out several wineries and fun things to do. 10/10 recommend going. We will be back!!

We had a great time at All Is Well! We were blown away with the quality of the rooms. Everything was well decorated and designed, including the bathroom and shower, we loved it! There was a trail head nearby Blue Velvet and it led to a gully and creek with a nice overlook. We spent both evenings checking out all the stars and enjoying the peaceful quiet. Cinda and Howard were great hosts and we can't wait to come back!
