My only negative experience was that the rooms all have Roku TVs that will fight you if you try to change the input. I was trying to hook up a Chromecast Stick so I didn’t have to log in to a random device but the native TV remote did nothing, and it was in Spanish when I arrived, so that was mildly annoying. Everything else was great, though. Try to get a room on the third floor as I was on the second floor and the people above me were pacing until like 1 AM. But again, nothing major. Sandy, one of the ladies at the front, was amazing and communicated everything we needed to know.
Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. We originally planned to stay 3 nights. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room because of my spouse’s allergies. They said the entire building was “smoke-free,” but our room smelled of cigarettes, causing my spouse to go into anaphylaxis. We immediately went to the ER and came back to check out. I was still willing to pay for the first night despite barely spending 3 hours in the room. I calmly explained the situation to the manager and even showed our bills from the ER to give proof of why we physically cannot stay here any longer. I let him know we are still more than happy to at least pay for the night, hoping he would be willing to negotiate a fair compromise. He was very rude and short with us, barely listened to what we were saying, and refused to give any kind of credit or refund. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to refund only the last night. But the whole thing was just very frustrating and disappointing, especially since the woman who first checked us in was very kind and helpful. Definitely left a bad taste. There are plenty of other negative reviews here to give you more than enough reason to stay away from this place. And you can tell from the replies the kind of person I was dealing with during this ordeal.
I reserved a room for a week 10-12 till 10-18 conformation was sent to my email on 10-09-2025 9:07am my reservation was set to pay at location with credit/debit card on file. Called this location talked to front desk speaking with a woman, on Thursday 10-9-2025 at 5:46pm willing to make my payment "early", she told me it was best to pay when I check in on Sunday 10-12-2025 at 3pm...I wanted to go ahead and pay she told me do not worry about it. So I get an alert from my credit card that this location, started to process payment at 1:00am 10-12-2025 of course my card was locked...to many scams, get an email saying 'cancelation " I felt weird because I am really sitting in my car from driving 5 hours, just wanted to be in area. Called the front desk a guy answered I told him I have reservation already set and I knew I will pay at check-in "the benefit I received online for booking early on Super 8 website with credit/debit card on file!! This guy telling me, since its a busy weekend my room was giving away due to my credit/debit card declined..He told me we'll go back and book again or you can check in at another hotel."At least you didn't get charged cancelation fee" I am very upset,now driving around looking for a place because I was down here on business with my job on this "BusyWeekend"
🚨 DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL 🚨 I was discriminated against here, and I will never forget how humiliating it was. The hotel tried to charge us $50 just to park our truck — then lowered it to $25 when we questioned it. Still outrageous, especially since their policies never mention a truck parking fee. If I had known, we never would have stayed. The parking cost was more than the room itself. When we refused the hidden fee and asked to cancel, the staff didn’t handle it professionally. Instead, they called the police on us. My wife and I were trespassed off the property like criminals, and they refused to refund our money. The truth is, they only escalated because I am Black. I never raised my voice, never disrespected anyone, and the parking lot was completely empty — I have pictures to prove it. This was blatant discrimination and intimidation. No one deserves to be treated this way. ⚠️ Protect yourself and your family. Stay far away from this property. ⚠️
This was absolutely a horrible experience. First, I was charge an additional $29.00 for booking through a third party, something not revealed when booking through Agoda. Second, I was placed all the way down at the end of the hall by a stairwell, even though the hotel was fairly empty. Third, when I extended my stay, which required an additional booking, I was charge an additional $29.00 for again booking through a third party, something the manager could have waived due to me already being a guest at the hotel. Fourth, on the last day, I requested a late check out and informed of another $20.00 fee if staying after 11am. I requested to stay until 12:30pm and harassed during the during the full 1.5 hours past checkout. Upon leaving the manager continued to talk down and told me to leave while I was waiting for an uber in the lobby the proceeded to call the police because I said it's hot outside and I'll wait inside. The police were very nice, professional, and empathic after understanding the full situation because the manager lied during the call saying it was in reference to a reimbursement dispute. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
