Sheraton Stonebriar Hotel

This Hotel seems like a bait-and-switch. The location is perfect for many reasons, especially for food and business. The rooms look nice, however service does not seem to match the facade. I was mostly turned off by the lack of complimentary breakfast; this hotel requires a voucher or you pay about $25. The food is low quality and not worth it in my opinion. For that price, you might as well go elsewhere.

Marissa was polite and helpful from the start of our stay until the end. The night shift concierge was very polite too. I wish I got her name. The location was great! We walked to dinner and we were close to everything else. The only thing I didn’t like, was that the breakfast was $20 a plate. We thought it was complimentary. The pool space is nice too. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed 4 nights for a funeral in Frisco on first week in October. Although the room was kinda small for three people, it was just enough........Breakfast should be free.......The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Umair at the front desk, who was able to accommodate some of our unusual requests. Location is within walking distance of numerous restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Would highly recommend !!

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay at the Sheraton, and I want to take a moment to recognize Dilano at the front desk. From the moment my Family arrived, he greeted them with a warm and professional attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. He went above and beyond to assist me with all of my questions, and no matter what I needed, he always took the time to explain things clearly and with a genuine smile. What really stood out was his patience and attentiveness—he never made me feel rushed and truly cared about making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable and efficient but also so personable and kind. Dilano is a perfect example of what great hospitality should look like, and he truly represents the Sheraton brand in the best way possible. Because of his excellent service, my stay was smooth and enjoyable, and I left with such a positive impression. Thank you, Dilano, for your professionalism, helpfulness, and for going the extra mile. I hope the Sheraton recognizes how valuable you are, because you definitely made a big difference in my experience.

This place is a joke. They won’t give you more than 1 bottle of water for your entire stay (mine was 3 nights.) Upon checking in, the room key didn’t work, so I had to go back to the desk and the sink wouldn’t drain. Treat your guest better for the price tag.
