The staff at this location was so friendly. Arin was a pleasure to deal with. I had some questions because I never stayed in the Omni before. She was so very helpful friendly even after the first interaction when I would come through the lobby, she remembered my name she was a delight. the hotel was amazing.
We've always enjoyed our Omni stays. But I have a major complaint for this holiday season. It's literally a circus inside and out. That's great for business. However, during check in or out situations that cause lobby waiting, this Omni at the Star absolutely sucks. There is one small bench to sit. There are "reserved" couches in the bar area, but that's it. So when waiting on your spouse with 4 kids and all your luggage, you literally look like homeless people against a wall. But they do have room for 2 huge Christmas trees and all the holiday decor. Please do better.
If I could give 10000 stars I would! Push king deluxe room was amazing softest bed I ever been in mattress looked brand new! The staff was amazing the valet went above and beyond for us! This hotel truly cares I highly suggest it :)
This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time visiting the Omni star and it was by far the best experience we have had. The room was great and clean but more importantly was the service we received from the restaurant and the front desk. The hospitality was there and you can tell that everyone enjoyed their job and wanted us to have the best experience. Stacia made a rememberable experience for us! We left with a caring hug from her and we hope to see her again soon on our next visit. I hope everyone can meet her and experience the same feeling!
The reservation started out rocky with some left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing at the hotel as far as my request for the room. It was soon resolved by the concierge manager. Everything was set up beautifully with chocolate strawberries in the room. The room was actually one of the nicest we have been in. Everything was so clean and so well put together and so well decorated. The bed was wonderful to sleep in. The bathroom has a huge soaking tub, a walk-in shower with two sinks. There is a wonderful seating area and even a separate office area. Around the hotel is a lot of wonderful shopping and of course the star, which is the cowboy practice field. I would highly recommend this area for a getaway. It happened to be our wedding night and I can't think of a nicer place if you're staying in town.
