This was a terrible hotel experience from start to finish. The staff was neither helpful nor friendly, which immediately set the tone for our stay. Had to wait an “ extended amount of time “ for our room to be ready. The AC and heat are motion-sensored, meaning they only work if you’re physically in the room. If you leave for any amount of time, the system shuts off completely. When you return, the room feels stuffy with poor airflow and awful air quality. On top of that, the room had a strong chemical smell, similar to Fabuloso, which made it even more uncomfortable. When I requested an extra pillow, I was told I had to come down to the front desk to get it myself because they “had no help,” whatever that means. That level of service is unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. You’re much better off staying next door or anywhere else.

I usually stay next door at the Hampton Inn but this property was definitely a great choice. While it does get full the property is well maintained and most importantly clean. Rooms were nice and fresh no hand prints or hairs etc. There's plenty of space in the rooms aswell as the hallways. Lots of parking and hotel is close to toll way and a Chipotle, Whataburger, and a racetrack. Would recommend this location if your in the area it won't disappoint.

My dog and I stayed here while our heater went out. The staff loved her and she stayed nice and warm! Doggo approved!!

Our group's week of events were highly successful because of this hotel. Clean, great customer service and an excellent shuttle system. We booked several rooms and arranged our shuttles with the hotel in advance and they were on time with great service everytime. Our group was impressed! The rooms are so spacious too!

Absolutely one of the best Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed at. I’m so glad I listened to the reviews. This hotel is amazingly clean. Everything smells so fresh. The location is a hidden gem. Close enough, but tucked away. It was very peaceful. Although I did not eat the breakfast, it was nice to see that they have an upgraded breakfast compared to the other Hilton hotels. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need a room again.
