It was my first solo trip. The room was amazing! Everything was so clean, it was right where i needed it to be by restaurants, Walmart, etc. . The staff was so nice, the young guy that checked me in when i arrived was so patient and helpful. I felt safe, breakfast was great, i had everything i needed, every time i come to visit Dallas i will make this my hotel!
Great hotel. Kalyn the AGM was very accommodating and always willing to help. Front desk person Arianna was very friendly and had a warm welcome. Will be back soon, simple because of the service I received
The rooms are clean and it's nice to have a couch and larger fridge for extended stays. However, I'm highly disappointed that I reserved a suite with a bedroom with a separated living room and don't get the room I reserve. The front desk staff told me that rooms are not guaranteed. They instead put me into a 1 queen room. This is unacceptable. I needed the extra space during my stay because I had two large bags for my equipment. I am just disappointed that the hotel didn't care they weren't able to provide my original room. I wasn't recognized as a diamond member at check-in and never received my two bottles of water. The microwave didn't work in my room. I called to have someone come look at it and he looked it over, then told me he would be back but never came back. I used a co-worker's microwave in another room to heat up my food. The maid came and got my towels one day and I came back to the room to take a shower after working to find I had no towels. I called the front desk and they told me they were washing some now and I should have some soon. It was hours before I got them. How does the hotel not have enough towels to keep them supplied in the rooms. The price for this hotel may look better online compared to others, but I don't think it's worth it. Stay somewhere else.
What I liked: The staff was amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and never snooty. I also really liked having a kitchen in the room, which was a unique and useful feature. What I didn’t like: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, one of the hardest I’ve ever slept on, and the pillows were so flat they felt almost useless. The sheets and towels were rough, thin, and reminded me of rags rather than hotel linens. On top of that, the shower barely got warm, which made it difficult to enjoy. Summary: Great staff and cool kitchen setup, but the poor comfort and amenities really brought down the experience. For the price, I expected more. Id save more money getting an Airbnb. Lesson learned.
Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Quirks The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience welcoming. The property is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing stay. Coffee and chilled water were available throughout the day, which was a nice touch. However, the breakfast options were quite limited compared to expectations. One issue I encountered was with the air conditioning unit—it fluctuated in temperature overnight, which affected comfort slightly. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service, though there’s room for improvement in a few areas.
