Overall a pleasant stay for 3 nights and decent value. The 2-star rating is for almost plugged sink that was identified to front desk but not fixed, and toilet seat seriously crooked and felt like you were about to fall off during use. A positive note, the breakfast staff lady was very responsive to clear tables promptly; and food selection was typical but good. Room service was also good. I would likely stay again but would check out the overall functionality of the room promptly upon check in and expect resolution before stay.

I was here for 3 days this week, I’m not happy at all. The carpets are very dirty! Old air con blowing durst. Our first day and second day the room wasn’t cleaned at all. We had to remind staff, even the meeting room was very dirty and smelling. May you kindly respect the health of your clients by changing those old carpets ? My partner is even coughing now! Generally the hotel needs good cleaning. ,

I understand that this hotel is older, but I need to share my concerns about several maintenance issues that affected my stay. Over the course of four nights, the overall experience felt far below the standard I expected for the following reasons: The bathtub drain was broken in both units I stayed in. Although the maintenance staff was able to temporarily adjust the drain plug so I could use the tub, they later had to return and use pliers to help drain the water. The window curtain was not functioning properly, so I was unable to let natural light into the room. The desk phone did not work and I could not make or receive calls. The back entry door near the outdoor pool was inaccessible from the outside, which required me to walk around to the main entrance each time. Addressing these issues would have made my stay significantly more comfortable, and I hope they can be resolved to improve the experience for future guests.

first time visiting this location. have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express. the experience was similar, which is good. reasonable room rates . modern and clean rooms. pretty decent breakfast available maybe not a big deal, I would say the coffee served is not very good at all. if I'm back in the area I would probably select this location again

Waiting now 3 weeks for them to release my 50 dollar deposit. Not good business. I left your room very clean and they way I found it. Of course dirty laundry excluded. Front desk good, breakfast good, but billing needs to figure it out.
