Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Plano Central

We stayed 2 nights and it was a great stay. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was a good size room. Jeremiah was very nice and helpful. Rudy was very nice and so helpful, if we needed anything, he was on it. The breakfast was great! Dawn cooked some amazing potatoes. They have a great coffee bar. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Twin Peaks restaurant was THE BEST. Saltgrass had a great steak. The only thing I would add is they need outside seating. There is nowhere to sit outside and have your coffee or if you want to have a cigarette.

I want to give a special shout out to Rudy at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Plano. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stood out during our stay. From the moment we arrived, Rudy made my family and me feel incredibly welcome and valued. He went above and beyond to accommodate us by ensuring we had a room with a sofa, which was perfect for our family of three. It is rare to meet someone so genuinely caring and attentive. His helpful demeanor really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We are beyond grateful for Rudy’s exceptional service. He is a wonderful example of true hospitality, and we will definitely be returning thanks to him.

This was our first time here, but we'd happily return. The staff was curious, and attentive. It was fully booked the nights before we arrived and after our arrival. It's walking distance to shopping and restaurants, though the "alley" behind it is quite busy with cars using that area as a pass-thru to get to the road running parallel (Parker)and bypassing the Central freeway. Our first room's bath had a pronounced sewer smell. The front desk moved us and we were super thankful that we arrived on a night in which that was a possibility!

Top notch management and care for the customer! From the time you walk in you are greeted and welcomed by Rudy, Mark, or whomever is at the front desk. All information regarding your stay is reviewed and then it switches to the amenities of the property. You walk into a CLEAN and well maintained room. I love the blackout shades which provide a wonderful nights rest. Be sure and take advantage of the wonderful breakfast prepared by Dawn, and you will be greeted with her smile. Dawn truly is an Angel. Well done Emily Lysen (general manager)! COME AND ENJOY YOUR STAY.
