We booked an overnight for a 2026 New Year's Eve event and were very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism provided by the staff from start to finish. Brian and the valet team kept our vehicle close and helped with our luggage. The front desk team quickly moved through the line at the front desk and provided us with complimentary sparkling wine upon checking us in. The event space was wonderful and credit to the Diamonds and Pearls planning committee picked a great spot for their NYE celebration. Mirabela and the service staff for the event were great keeping tables cleared and keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. Service at this hotel is top notch and is a credit to the leaders at this hotel that work in tandem with their teams to provide such excellent customer service and hospitality. Our concerns were with specific concerns with the room. Yes, I agree with the other reviewers about the bathroom motion lights are too bright in the middle of the night. But the thing that "grinds my gears" is the Samsung TV did not have a button for input or volume on the monitor itself. I frequently bring my Apple TV whenever I stay away from home so I can watch all my shows on any tv. The TV remote only works for the TV when the hotel's media player is plugged in, without volume buttons on the TV itself, the volume for anything watched on the Apple TV was at full volume and I couldn't use the remote to adjust the sound. I don't like having to log into a shared Netflix app on a room tv with my credentials, I don't think I even logged out although they provide a button for this. The service is so amazing that a team member came up to our room to try and troubleshoot the issue at 2am. I wonder if the hotel blocks the TV controls on purpose to prevent guests from circumventing their own media player? I would love for the hotel to look into these two concerns at providing a more comfortable stay. Don't let this keep you from staying here! So close to dining at the Star and Legacy its a great location.
We absolutely loved our stay. The reserve floor truly had a resort-like feel, and the room itself was beautiful. The high ceilings added an extra touch of luxury that made the space feel open and upscale. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding. Mobile check-in made the entire arrival process easy and seamless. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay, and the location couldn’t have been better. We would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely LOVE the experience of this hotel! I travel to Dallas for work all the time and this hotel is so comfortable for both business and fun travel. Kenny met us at the front desk, provided a welcome wine tasting and took great care of everything our first night. Lonnie took care of dinner and between the two, our first night was perfect. 100% recommend this property if you’re looking for a sophisticated, quality, calm experience.
My family recently stayed here for a Christmas staycation and we had multiple rooms I would highly recommend this hotel,,it was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. I would like to give a special shout out to Marie that works the front desk, she was extremely helpful,patient and most of all very friendly and pleasant to accommodate our requests. What an asset is to have someone like her at your establishment. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable and comfortable! The Martin family
We had a great stay at Hall Park Hotel in Dallas. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean, and the room was stunning, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the parking. There is no nearby parking, and the $35 garage or valet was the only option. The room had thoughtful extras like an additional blanket, water, toiletries, and snacks for purchase, though they were expensive. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would stay here again.
