ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Dallas Plano/Frisco

Not worth $100 a night with zero amenities. Every amenity will cost something.$10 towel fee. $30 for dishes, zero dishes in the kitchen only 1 cutting board, 1 dish pod, 0 dish soap. The wifi will block certain sites, I have to google how to in order to access them. Ants in our bathroom. $3 to wash one load with a $0.25 fee if you don't put money in the app. $3 to dry. The laundry room has puddles of water coming from machines they won't fix. No shower gels, hair shampoo, no lotion. 14 days for room service if you stay that long. Had to stay a extra two nights because the elevator went out, leaving would have been a nightmare. The elevator was down for 3 days. Light timer in the bathroom randomly cuts off when you are in the bathroom. My daughter and I came in on a Saturday and was immediately ignored only to be put in a a room on the dirtiest hallway next to the loudest neighbors. Had to ask to be moved which took a day despite them one guy saying that the had plenty of rooms at that time so for my first 3 nights I did not get rest. No to mention loud music outside til 3am the first night. Then there is the never ending loud slamming doors of all the surrounding room guests.

Horrible experience! I don’t recommend this hotel. The managers Are very arrogant and not friendly at all with worst service ever! I have been living there for almost 3 months, and if I delayed, even an hour for the payment to extend my stay, they charge you late fee. Elevator is not working most of the times And we have to use the stairs. The smoke alarm, rings by itself. The power went out one night by itself & no one was answering the calls in front desk. Room service sucks and is being delayed for days, even after requesting multiple times. They don’t have one utensil or a cup or plate in kitchen. No hair dryer or coffee machine .You need to pay extra if you use Wi-Fi for more than two devices. The water is always cold for shower. The morning coffee is always out of stock. The cleaning supplies are always out of stock. The towels are only replaced after 14 days, You have to pay if you want a fresh towel. The towels are and bed sheets are dirty and smelly. Our stay was very difficult with the kids, and it was the worst experience ever .The staff is Least bothered to address any concerns or request anything and end up arguing. I don’t think anyone would come back to stay in this hotel again!

Lights automatically turn off while you’re showering. Dryers went off-line front desk would not sell me quarters. This place might as well be fully automated with no amenities. Otherwise rooms are decent.

The room itself was fairly clean but do consider it is a fairly new hotel. Flooring was vinyl rather than carpet which was a plus. Hotel located nearby shopping spots (Stonebriar mall, Target, Ross, Dollar Tree etc...) but still would need a vehicle to travel. Certain things the hotel does lack - no coat hangers at all, no iron/ironing board, no blow dryer, shower pressure was low, and room cleaning/service was non existent. Hotel is budget friendly but you get what you pay for.

1st room they gave me had smell of smoke which was surprising as they told me at reception that its a non smoking hotel. They quickly gave me another room but there was a dead cockroach in corner but rest of the room was nice and clean. I stayed for a night and had no other complaints but felt my visit started off wrong foot.
