Deluxe Inn Of Plano

It took over half an hour to check-in, even though Thad made a reservation prior to my arrival. After I was checked in the individual insisted I move my vehicle before I unloaded my luggage, very rude in my opinion. You can only enter the building through the front lobby and the door is locked from 11pm-5am, between those hours you will need to call to have them open the door, should they decide to answer the phone. The hotel was very dirty, gross, and poorly taken care of. The room I received had different, lower quality, bedding than pictured in my reservation and the heating/ cooling unit was so loud it was unbearable to have on. The shower head and drain had so much build up I didn't bother to try and use it. I had to use my hotspot for internet because a WIFI password was not provided from the hotel and based off how the hotel was kept I assumed it didn't work anyway, plus dealing with the rude hotel clerk again didn't seem worth my time or comfort. It seems like they purchased the building without factoring in the cost to upkeep the hotel, or just don't care. I'm doing my best not to think about the cleanliness of the bedding I slept in. How this place has a positive rating is beyond me. I'm extraordinarily disappointed in my stay and will not be returning, I would suggest you do the same. *Edit* I stayed here 29 days ago and still have not received my deposit back. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Service sucks. I asked for an early check in and they said no. So when we arrived we found that we were 1 of maybe 5 customers. So, why couldn't they accommodate? A day before leaving we asked for a late check-out and they said no. Again, 1 of maybe 5 customers. This hotel probably was a nice hotel in the past. It's large, spacious rooms, meeting rooms, a pool and a good size eating area. Of course, the pool and eating area are closed. Many repairs needed: wallpaper peeling, paint cracking, carpet smells, etc. All that I guess can be expected for a cheap rate

Went to use the ATM and noticed it was so clean and the front desk were very nice even though we aren't staying there. They offered and showed my friend two rooms that were clean like the entire lobby parking lot ect. We asked about the weekly rate and it was the same price as the dump we are staying at next door. It had police presence which was a plus. But no dogs except for service animals or we would move there.

Now, outside, it's not much to look at, but the room is nice once you've get in it.If you plan on staying at this hotel ,rooms were decent, the price was decent. But the employees were very rude and didn't seem to like people and do not for any reason, plan to have any company or any visitors while you are a Guest at the Deluxe inn ofPlano. Because I checked in at 330 in the afternoon I Had 2 visitors from the Hotel across the street come over and then I had 2 more friends stop by for about 30 minutes. I wasn't at the hotel for longer than an hour and when one of my guests went down to the front office to ask. Where the vending machines were, they asked them? What room they were in and then proceeded to kick everybody out? Threatened to call police. T Because I had visitors in my hotel room. At 3:34 PM in the afternoon, so it's cheap and a great area surrounded by hotels and shopping. But if you're a social person And you have friends that you plan I'm visiting during your stay. Stay somewhere else.

Wow, this place was quite an experience! It was quiet as hell to begin with. I stayed only one night at this place, and I am giving it a 4 stars because of the UNIQUE EXPERIENCE! The motel is huge as a maze, with a huge outdoor parking lot, and it has all the facilities you can imagine of any upscaled hotel including huge dining area, fitness center, washateria, and conference rooms . None of these facilities was running though! Also, I wasn't able to see any residents except the one receptionist during my stay and I realized from counting the vehicles at the parking lot that I was maybe one of only 4 or 5 guests at that motel, which is kind of questionable and weird! The room was ok, but all the towels were kind of dirty with stains. All the light bulbs in the room were dimming. Also, the furniture and the floor were dusty and dirty. The bed was clean and comfy though. There were signs everywhere saying that no visitors are allowed, and one final thing that the elevator will allow you to go upstairs only so if you want to go downstairs you have to use the stairs. In general , staying at this deserted place will make you feel that you are at the Hotel Cortez of the American Horror Story!
