Very clean Salon with beautiful Indoor plants and comfortable waiting area. The stuff is welcoming and the staff is professional, helpful and friendly. Sid is a professional and has many great hairstyles. The prices are reasonable compared to the available service. I really love the color and hairstyle I did.Taking appointment is very easy. Thank you so much for the best service will visit again.
This is the first time I’m writing a review in my life with a heavy and sad heart. It took me sometime to recover from the awful experience I had at this salon. The senior lady who cut my hair was extremely disrespectful towards me for wearing the Islamic dress code. It was none of her business to judge my modesty and ridicule me. I waited for her to finish cutting my hair as she kept mocking and ridiculing me, on how covered and simple I was. One statement that she said which hurt me the most was “ sit up straight you have already lowered yourself by covering up so much” I cried a lot that day and was also fasting as it was the month of Ramadan. She did give me a good haircut but I would never go back to her and would recommend my sisters who wear hijab and niqab not to visit this place.
I had an amazing experience with Sid! She did a fantastic job with my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sid really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. The entire experience was so enjoyable, and I left feeling more confident than ever. Highly recommend!
Do not come if your a hijabi and want that to be respected. I recently visited this salon, and while I do appreciate the fact that the they was able to accommodate my appointment on a Sunday and even called in the lady who handles haircuts (which definitely deserves a star), my experience took a turn when I made a simple request as a hijabi. I asked if it would be possible to have my haircut done in the back, as I wear a hijab and felt uncomfortable with the open space and windows, where anyone could see in. The response I received, however, was frustrating. The stylist mentioned that the back was too dark and that the windows weren't that see-through, suggesting I could go outside and check myself. At this point, I was simply trying to make a reasonable request, but it felt as though my concerns were being dismissed. After she went outside to check the visibility herself, she returned and said that it wasn’t a big issue and the view was minimal. Despite expressing once again that I would feel more comfortable in the back, I was essentially urged to sit in the front, and the haircut proceeded. It was honestly a very violating experience for me, especially since I was expecting understanding and respect for my modesty. What was even more disappointing was that I had assumed, given that the stylist herself is Muslim, she would have been more empathetic to my request. I’ve had far better experiences at non-Muslim salons, where such simple requests are respected without any pushback. It's truly disheartening to feel so disrespected at a place that I thought would be more understanding. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
Sid and staff are great! Got my hair trimmed and eyebrows threaded (regularly). Used my birthday discount, and they even played a cute Happy Birthday song for me. It was a very sweet surprise!
