My name is Jermaine Guidry and I'm the Transportation Coordinator at Park Manor. Integrity Medical especially the driver Devon Booker were very professional and punctual. I have only positives to say about there Service. Park Manor approves of the work at Integrity Medical Transport.

We scheduled integrity to pick my 89 yr old mom and I up at DFW at 9:25 PM because she had a severely broken collarbone and needed to be taken Immediately to a sub acute rehab facility. Not only did they arrive more than 1 hr late, they initially went to the wrong airport. Upon arriving at DFW it took the driver an additional 30+ minutes to find A19! We didn’t even leave the airport until 11:04 PM. And once on the road, the vehicle was so loud with tie downs flopping around and the ramp banging we couldn’t even hear each other. I definitely would not recommend if you need to get anywhere on time or are traveling with someone who has a painful condition. The ride was miserable. And a medical company should never make an injured elderly woman wait 1hr+ for a pre scheduled ride.

Top notch transportation service. Van was clean, comfortable and safety equipped. My trip was set up by Encompass Rehab to get me from the Encompass facility to one of my physician's office at Richardson Methodist Hospital. Special kudos to my driver, Devon. He drove safely and engaged in light conversation during our transport which helped ease some of my anxiety. He was very compassionate and so polite and courteous - his mama raised him right! A good experience!

Flawless, professional service. The dispatch team always answers the phone. No wait times or aggravating auto attendant/voice jail systems. Van equipment is clean and well maintained. Drivers courteous, on-point. Thank you for taking care of Mom today. I will be using this service again.
