I highly recommend Number One Auto Transport. This is the third time I’ve shipped a car, and if you’ve done this before, you know you’ll get a lot of bids. The difference this time was that it was my son's brand-new car, and I was very concerned. I wanted an enclosed trailer. Initially, I received a lot of quotes, and Number One Auto Transport was one of those brokers. In the past, I’ve received quotes, executed shipments, and things didn’t go as expected. However, Rob, who I booked with at Number One, did everything he said he would. I was a little apprehensive because it was my son's car, and I had convinced him to fly home and let me ship it for safety reasons. The car was picked up on time and delivered two days earlier than promised. One thing I really appreciate about Number One Transport is their attention to detail. I have shipped several cars over the years. This was by far and away the best experience. Price was fair, and communication was great. Will definitely use them again.

Don't waste your time with anyone else but Number 1!! Marc was absolutely fantastic. It all started with him reaching out to me when I was already committed to another carrier. How many people would do that? And then to top it off, he spent 15 minutes answering my questions about why the other carrier quoted me too low a price and why my shipment hadn't happened and what was customary in the industry. He mentioned a few times that if I had used Number 1, I would have been driving my vehicle by now. Fast forward a few days and my 5 day experience and contract with the other carrier ended and failed, I reached back out to Marc. That was a Friday afternoon and I was frustrated. My vehicle was picked up the following Monday at lunch and driven 1300 miles and delivered on Tuesday afternoon ! I was blown away!! First rate communication. First rate honestly. Number 1 does what they say and don't blow smoke like the other carriers. Their team is honest and friendly. Chose Number 1 for your auto relocation needs and you will be extremely happy!!
