I first experienced Andy’s Catering as a guest at several weddings, and after the very first time, I knew I wanted them for my own. When it came time to plan my wedding, I scheduled a tasting with nine other people, and every single one of us was thoroughly impressed. I booked Andy’s 14 months in advance because I knew they would be in high demand — and they absolutely lived up to every expectation. My venue allowed open vendors for everything except catering, and Andy’s was the only preferred Vietnamese/Chinese caterer on their list. After working with them, I completely understand why. Andy’s Catering operates like a well-oiled machine, but what truly sets them apart is the fact that it’s a family-run business that deeply cares about its clients. Andy is the father, and I had the pleasure of working with his daughters, Christine and Cathy. Christine was wonderful throughout the entire planning process — not only helping me design a menu that suited our guests but also offering thoughtful advice about wedding logistics. She even sold me a few wedding items at a generous discount, which was such a kind gesture. Cathy was equally impressive — incredibly organized, responsive, and accommodating. We had several guests with allergies and dietary restrictions, and she went above and beyond to ensure each table’s needs were met seamlessly. Our guest list was close to 500 people, and the team executed everything perfectly. My husband’s family, who don’t typically eat Asian food, were especially complimentary — many of them said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. To this day, our guests still bring up how delicious everything was. Everyone left full, happy, and impressed by both the food and service. Andy’s Catering exceeded every expectation, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Whether it’s for a wedding, special occasion, or family gathering, I highly recommend booking them. You will not be disappointed.

We booked Andy’s Catering for our wedding back in 2020 but got canceled due to covid. Since then, we’re been getting party trays from them. Everything is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and helpful when we go pick up. Ordering process is easy. Foods are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Will definitely coming back for more party trays!!

We recently had Andy cater an event, and the food was absolutely excellent! Everything was delicious, but the chicken stood out—so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Andy’s attention to detail and quality truly made the meal unforgettable. I had them cater my wedding, we had 8 courses, 450 people across 45 tables. The food was hot and delicious, the fried sea bass was crispy, and everything came out on time. We planned for dinner to start at 7pm, and right at 7pm, the food was rolling out of the kitchen and onto the tables.

From beginning to end, working with Christine at Andy's Catering was a seamless experience. We used their party tray catering form to feed our guests for a 215 person event. Christine gave us a lot of advice on how much the trays would feed, so it was helpful for our planning purposes. Please do not hesitate to reach out to them via phone call or text.
