I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Windsor at Legacy. From the very beginning, the entire team has been amazing. Brenda and the leasing team stand out for their exceptional customer service. They’re always so helpful, attentive, and genuinely care about ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The apartment complex itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with great amenities that make life here even more enjoyable. The staff is incredibly responsive, and any questions or concerns I’ve had have been handled promptly and professionally. I’m really grateful for the positive living experience here, and I highly recommend Windsor at Legacy to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed community. Truly a great place to call home!

The Windsor at Legacy has seen some great changes since my husband and I first moved in. Jennifer, the property manager is very hands on, takes a lot more pride in the complex, and has overlooked a lot of changes to the cleanliness as well as appearance. The maintenance team is also very pleasant to work with. Carlos is always quick to respond and kind. We are very pleased with our time here, and are sad to be moving. If you like nature and trails, this complex is a true hidden gem in Plano. It backs up directly to the Legacy Trail on White Rock Creek!

After living at this apartment complex for about five months, I’m genuinely impressed with how well things are run here. I waited to leave a review so I can offer fair and honest feedback that goes beyond the initial move-in experience, since that's what I look for when I read apartment reviews upon move it. One of the biggest highlights is the peaceful atmosphere. The community is quiet, respectful, and everyone seems to value their privacy. People simply want to live comfortably and mind their own business, which creates a calm, peaceful environment. One of my biggest priorities is safety, and you can truly relax and feel at ease here. Brenda, the property manager, absolutely deserves recognition. She’s not just responsive-she’s proactive, always working hard to keep things running smoothly. I’ve seen her take initiative with the little details and follow through with real effort. It’s clear she’s deeply committed to making things better for the residents. When I reached out about a safety concern I had with my carpet, she took it seriously and when I tell you she handled it quick- I mean- a couple days later, carpet REPLACED. Brenda is personable, approachable, and genuinely invested in creating a comfortable, organize, and well-functioning community. Her presence and dedication make a noticeable difference- and I have grown to be increasingly impressed with her work. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They typically respond to service tickets within a day or two-often the very next day. Carlos, in particular, has been fantastic. He’s efficient, knowledgeable, and consistently gets things right the first time. Beyond their skill, the entire maintenance crew brings great energy. They have friendly personalities and a good sense of humor, which honestly makes a big difference. It makes me feel comfortable having them in my home, and I always appreciate their respectful and easygoing approach. Overall, I’m really happy living here. Between the peaceful environment, the hardworking management, and the reliable, personable maintenance team, this place truly feels like home.

The Windsor Management Team has been amazing! Especially Brenda, she has done a great job managing and helping me with any concerns and has been very attentive with each question I’ve had. The move in process was very well detailed and easy to navigate due to Brenda’s dedication to make move in as smooth as possible.
