Wild Fork

I just wanted to share my experience with the Wildfork store in Wylie, Texas. There was a simple mistake made on a delivery that resulted in me getting the incorrect order delivered to my home. This happens to the best of us in a busy environment. Tracy, Steven, and Scott, went above and beyond to make this right. Unlike many companies, they did not make it my problem and try ignoring the issue. They stepped up and did what all great leaders do and fixed the issue without excuses. Thank y'all for going above and beyond to make things right! Thanks for the cheese cake and the kind note. Looking forward to trying out the cheesecake. I really appreciate the great customer service. It's a rare occurrence nowadays. By the way, they do have some of the best food and fair prices around. Thanks y'all!

Great store containing huge selection of beef,chicken.seafood,and ready to eat products. Well laid out with refrigerated fixtures. Wall mounted and floor positioned. The prices are very good. All product is flash frozen and sealed individually. Everything is accessible and well marked. My only regret is that I didn't stop here earlier! I thought it was a restaurant Add this to your shopping list for exceptional meats.

Wild Fork is an awesome place to shop for high-quality meats and seafood. The selection is huge, everything is well organized, and the pricing is surprisingly good for the quality you get. I love that they carry items you can’t always find at regular grocery stores, and everything is always frozen fresh and packaged neatly. The store is clean, the staff is helpful, and checkout is quick. Definitely one of the best places to stock up on meats for meal prep, grilling, or special occasions!

The owners and management are clearly doing an amazing job. I call for in-depth questions about meat cuts, the first gentleman knew everything about that particular meat, extremely helpful and friendly and informative, and spent the time with me. I called back for additional questions and got a second person, I thought the first person I spoke to was maybe just that one guy who was amazing but then the second person was equally as informative, helpful, and passionate. What an amazing culture this company Has!

It's taken me a while to write this review, but I wanted to thank the employees of Wild Fork Wylie. It was my first time at any Wild Fork location and my partner and I were there for a very special reason. We were looking for a high end steak for our special girls final meal. The staff was compassionate and empathetic to our situation. I couldn't really afford the beautifully marbled wague they had available and settled on a good sized tomahawk at an affordable price. Thank you to the staff that made our girls last meal an amazing one! Her colors are black and orange just like the shops so it felt like it was meant to be.
