Today was a very pleasant experience. We were able to sit outside, which made it even more enjoyable. I ordered the penne La Vaca with chicken, and my husband ordered the Parmesan sandwich. Both dishes were very good, along with the Caesar salad. Our waiter was very friendly, and the food was served within a reasonable amount of time. The only downside was that the penne with vodka normally comes with a garden salad. I asked to substitute it with a Caesar salad, but I was charged the full price for the Caesar salad. It would have been nice if the substitution had not been charged as the garden salad and Caesar are just salads!
I’ve been going to Verona’s for 17 years. I was 15 the first time I walked through the door, and the food has been A1 since day one. Somehow, against the laws of the universe, it only keeps getting better with time. That’s not luck. That’s love for the craft. Anytime I’m back in town, this place is non-negotiable. It’s a ritual. The food is real, authentic, and timeless. One bite and you’re transported. You’re not just eating, you’re visiting Italy for a moment. Hands start talking before you even notice 👌🏽🤌🏽. The flavors feel lived in. Passed down. Protected. Meals here aren’t rushed. They ask you to sit, breathe, and remember why food is supposed to mean something. And the service deserves its own paragraph. The host and waitress has been there since the beginning, and it shows. Not just in how smooth everything runs, but in the way she treats people. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. That kind of care can’t be trained or faked. It’s felt. It’s rare. It’s part of why this place feels the same in the best way every time you come back. The atmosphere ties it all together. Sitting inside Verona’s makes you feel like a boss. Not flashy, not loud, just confident and classic. The kind of place where time slows down out of respect. Verona’s isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a constant. A reminder that when something is done right, with heart and consistency, it doesn’t fade. It becomes part of people’s lives. I genuinely hope they have Verona’s in heaven, because if they do, I already know where I’m eating. Always worth it. Always home.
Food was amazing and our server Flow was even more amazing. Her personality is the best! We will be back for sure!
Love this place! Family owned! Food is delicious! We had pizza (half veggie/ half pepperoni, and the Pasta Combo - Lasagna, cannelloni and manicotti. Go visit Flo…she’s the best. AND…it’s BYOB.
My mom and I had a wonderful experience having dinner here yesterday! Our server Addison was so kind and knowledgeable and was able to accommodate my mom's special request. She suggested the kid's fettuccine Alfredo when I was about to order the fettuccine alfredo with no protein, which ended up being the perfect choice since it was the perfect portion size. My mom and I got the fried ravioli, pasta primavera, fettuccine Alfredo, tiramisu, and limoncello mascarpone, and I would recommend every item! Can't wait to be back.
