Evan our Sales Rep was fantastic! We were not able to transfer our phone at the store but he explained everything we needed to do to get what we needed done and explained the cost difference for us.

Purchased a phone. Emma and Evan helped me with great patience, efficiency, and we're very thorough in making sure this senior could use this phone to her advantage. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

I have been a customer of Verizon and I plan to stay with them even though it is more expensive. The services in the store was great. It was better than the television service. The television kept on buffering while watching TV. The service was almost always not working. Not sure why and it was very frustrating.

Evan was very helpful and the only person I'll go to from now on
