Blaine did a phenomenal job with our dachshund this week, after bringing her in following an ingestion incident. Great customer service, care for both, our pet and I. This location provided excellent communication and kept me updated every step of the way. Next steps were clear and I really appreciate all the help that made our dog better. Highly recommend Blaine, Shannon and this location

Sonya took great care us from the second we walked in the door! She and Dr. Nichols took quick action to get the grape out of my little fruit n’ veggie lover’s tummy and had us stay for an adequate period of observation despite it being past closing time. This dog mommy is extremely grateful for a second stellar experience at UrgentVet, and tho we love them, we hope to not be back too soon!

The Urgent Vets Clinic was close by to wear we were visiting on Thursday nite. Or two dogs got into a fight (about food). We thought the larger dog had bit the smaller ones. The vet clinic was open after 9pm and took excellent care of our dog. It turned out that he bit his own cheek! But mouth wounds do bleed a lot. Great care was taken by the staff and the vet. Thank you all

The team at UrgentVet Richardson did an amazing job getting my kitten all better. We came in on a Sunday and were quickly given a room. The facility is clean and there are refreshments while you wait. Sabrina was so nice and attentive and treated my pet with love and care. Dr. Michael Nichols showed us the infection from a spay surgery. His treatment plan was exactly what my kitten needed. A few hours after the visit, she was acting like her normal self! Prior to the visit, she was lethargic and did not eat or drink for around 24 hours. The next day, Sabrina called to follow up. It’s been over a month since our visit. My kitten healed up nicely with no issues. Thank you so much for your thorough care which saved my kitten’s life.
