Two Men and a Truck Moving

Please do not get thier services. 2 men and a truck are known to be good but not this franchise. I took my brothers reference since he used them to move from Tucson to Scottsdale, AZ and was very happy but sadly my experience was horrific. I spoke with Jonathen and he recommended me to hire three men for a one bedroom apt that was only 786 sq feet to be done within 4 hours max 5 to 6 hours. He said “ 6 hands are much faster” which was a lie since it took 10 hours and only one person was working named Juan. The move to the new location was only 3 miles away. All boxes were packed and supplied. My niece and her boyfriend helped Juan as they felt horrible for him because the other two were gone. We believe it’s because of political reasons as Bailey the main guy was very rude perhaps since I told him that I was from Iran or perhaps being disabled. I called corporate immediately during the move when I saw what a botched job this was and how I was taken advantage of for being disabled. The representative came and witnessed that only one man was working as the two other guy were MIA. I have the representative on video agreeing with me that is job was unacceptable but here in the review they have stated a response that is a lie as it states they did everything to assist me. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS AS IT IS A LIE. I am taking further legal actions as I was harassed and bullied by Josh the manager to pay or he would call the police and threatened to take me to jail. They took advantage of a disabled Iranian woman. Also they took two hour lunch at 200 dollars an hour .To move a one bedroom apt it shouldn’t take 10 hours so you know something is wrong because only one person was working. The other Two men I hired were gone. At the end of the move the way my belongings were left was disturbing. My tables that are glass were all shattered. The way they packed my things were not professional at all. They packed two glass tables against eachother which of course would brake. My glasses were all broken. My paintings were left in the bathtub. My dining chair was left in the bathroom. My TV was left on the couch which left a dent in my couch. They have broken my entertainment center and floors. I told them this is not the service I was promised and the manager Josh threatened me to take me to jail by calling the police. I never authorized this kind of service. To be bamboozled. I have never been more mistreated in my life. It was the worse experience of my life. At the end I found out they are named Two men and a Truck but they are independently owned. I am still distraught about it. I called and was crying to my brother of how I was treated. My brother called and spoke to Josh. I showed him how they left my things and wanted me to pay $2000.00. They took the TV off and the chair from the bathroom but everything was left the same. The TV has left a dent on my Italian leather sofa. One guy left and never came back. It was a horror show and my house still looks like this. They gave me 200 dollars off for the tables that’s costs over $1500 to replace. At the end I was still charged 1500 dollars for botched job with damages. They should have paid me 2000 dollars for all the damages. And how they left my place won’t to mention for all the stress and aggravation they caused me that has made my CRPS disease worse that I been in bed for the past week. No human being should go through this and be bullied to pay for a botched job. Please do not use their services go with someone else. I have all footage/ videos that I’m submitting to BBB, TikTok and the local news that I videoed on my RING and ADT cameras in addition to CCTV. This is theft and it’s unethical. I didn’t authorize this kind of treatment and service. The ADA has been notified. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE RESPONSE LIE THEY HAVE PROVIDED TO MY REVIEW TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER. NEVER OFFERED TO COME THE NEXT DAY AND DID NOT TAKE 800 DOLLARS OFF.

Jermaine and his crew were excellent and did a amazing for me today. They were on time and ready for the task. Jermaine has great leadership skills and they communicated very well and got my move done on time and I will strongly recommend them to all my family and friends.

My wife counted up our moves BEFORE this one - 16 in total and this made 17. In all of our moves, we have never had such an outstanding group of individuals to work with, both personally and professionally. They showed up when they said they would, completed every request we had without any side looks or comments under their breath. The teams themselves, we had them pack on a Sunday, and another team (including 2 from the packing day) moved us on Monday and both teams were outstanding. If anyone checks out any other posts associated with my profile, you'll note I give very few recommendations, but this group was above and beyond any moving company we have EVER used (remember now we are at 17). Again, we can't emphasize enough the extreme pleasure it was working with them on this move. We had a couple of family cherished items that some would have looked at and thought, what's the big deal. One was an oil painting that my grandmother had done in 1977 and one Third Prize at the Memphis TN State Fair (the ribbon is still taped to the back of the picture). They treated it with the upmost care. The second was a small plastic container which contained, among a couple of other significant mementos in that box was a innocuous, handmade, tile mosaic. Our son had brought this back from a deployment to northern Jordan. My wife was overcome with joy when she opened the box and found it without a mark or a single tile loose. The mosaic, is of the 'Tree of Life' and we were blessed to begin a 'new' life after this move. Thanks again to the entire team who packed and moved us.

I had an amazing experience with 2 Men and a Truck! The movers, Cameron and Landon, were outstanding from start to finish. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and handled everything with care and efficiency. They worked quickly but carefully, communicated clearly, and made the entire moving process completely stress-free. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving team—huge thanks to Cameron and Landon for going above and beyond. I highly recommend requesting them if you can!
