Tradehome Shoes

My husband and I bought several shoes tonight having the same great experience as our other visits. Our first time stopping into the store we were assisted by Zack Richards. His ease in conversation helped my husband express his needs in a shoe. Zach gave us his full attention and time. Since that time we have bought from this store multiple times. Every time manager, Bryant Hernandez, consistently delivers!

Jacqueline was absolutely phenomenal and so helpful!! She was very knowledgeable with a great personality! She made my experience personable and individualized to my needs in a shoe! Her coworker Bryant also offered a wealth of knowledge in meeting my needs and supporting my high arch. I am completely impressed with this store and their kindness/friendliness. They went above and beyond my expectations! Will definitely recommend and be back!!

I had the best shoe shopping experience today thanks to Zach. I bought three pairs of sneakers, and he made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He took the time to help me try on each pair, adjusted the fit, tied the laces for me, and even explained that I needed shoes with proper arch support. Thanks to him, I found the perfect pairs that feel super comfortable. This was honestly the first time I’ve ever had such an amazing and thoughtful experience buying shoes. Highly recommend asking for Zach if you visit!

Pregnancy has really started to kick my butt and my feet and legs were starting to hurt. I originally went to Dick's Sporting Goods with my friend to get some new shoes. My experience with them was awful and they were very rude to me. So my friend and I decided to go here and I had the most fantastic experience, I did not know shoe shopping could be so relaxing and fun. Zach definitely made my experience and time worth it, he educated me on arch support as well as shoe cleaning. I will definitely be coming back here with my husband so his feet can get some love and attention too! LOL 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

We came in to get 1 pair of shoes but we walked out with 3 pair of shoes, an experience and a new favorite store. Zach was amazing! He is very personable, professional and gave us white glove service. We will definitely be back!
