I found Tommy’s Euro Service and Repair through Google and the reviews seemed consistent in pointing to this business’ quality customer service. My experience was no exception. I brought my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas 2.0T to Tommy’s for multiple heavy maintenance issues. Reese and Zac and the entire team were incredible! The services performed haven’t quite fixed all the complex issues going on with the vehicle (it’s a POS VW, not indicative of the quality of mechanical services performed… it’s a machine and sometimes it takes more than one crack at it to completely fix) but I was able to quickly return my Atlas the next day, was provided a free loaner, and charted a pragmatic path forward. Despite the relatively MINOR inconvenience of having to bring the car back a day after picking it up, the team is very helpful and reassuring. They have earned my loyalty for all future routine maintenance and inevitable future repairs. The 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on their work is also a huge game changer…. The plastic water pump that VW in their almighty wisdom decided to use on this engine was replaced at 50,000 miles by the local VW dealer, it failed again right at a year later and VW/dealer wouldn’t honor the freshly expired one year parts warranty. So- Tommy’s has the manufacturer beat and uses a higher quality replacement part. While no one likes to drop $6,000 on repairs, I’m glad it’s being spent with a local small business that stands by their work. …and hopefully now that I am a customer, future work won’t be at this magnitude. From a pragmatic viewpoint- Job well done!

I was in search of someone to take care of my Mercedes Benz CLA250 and I literally found these guys on a Google search. They are so professional and answered all of my questions. I have been bringing my Volkswagen GTI here for years. They are a family run honest company. They've also sent me home when there was not actually something wrong with my car, or the problem could be solved on my own. The owner said he won't replace a part that isn't broken. I really appreciate them, they're a gem in Plano. Thank you for keeping my girl running smoothly! I could not go into the Volkswagen dealer in Richardson or McKinney without them finding $1000 minimum of repairs on my car. The red flag, their sales department was also really desperate to buy my car every time. It's a manual and a niche of people still really want those. If it was that "broken", why would they want it so badly? An oil leak that they quoted me $960 to repair, once I cleaned my engine bay, magically disappeared, and hasn't come back for 6 years now. What really happened was whoever changed my oil last spilled some oil down the side of my engine, and the dealership thought that was an oil leak. Nope, no more greedy dealerships. So overjoyed that I found a local business to support like Tommy's. I have also recommended them to all my coworkers who drive European cars.
