This store is the friendliest customer-centered UPS Store in the area. Their team is friendly, helpful, and provide prompt service always.
Very disappointed with this UPS Store. The staff handled things extremely slowly, and it seemed like they weren’t clear about the basic processes. I only wanted to mail a simple letter, but it took them 15 minutes to finish — something that should take 2 minutes elsewhere UPS store. Even the smallest issues required instructions before they could act. Every employee here really needs much better training.
Graham was Amazing in helping us with you package that got lost! We knew how to look up the code amd file a claim so they can start the investigations on where our package went to.
Mary was such a relief for me today! She was so kind and knew how to do the things I was confused about. She’s amazing.
