The Serpentarium

I've got reptiles. I shop here from time to time. I did just buy a new snake they got in and it was a decent price. I like the younger sales member Shane. He's easy to talk to , friendly and is interested in helping.

I visited The Serpentarium in Richardson and was really impressed. The staff made me feel welcome right away and took the time to answer all my questions. They clearly care about the animals and enjoy sharing their knowledge. The variety of reptiles they had was great. Everything looked clean, and the animals were active and healthy. You could tell they’re well taken care of. It felt more like a learning experience than just walking into a pet store. They also had a good selection of supplies and feeders, and the prices were reasonable. If you're into reptiles or even just curious, it's definitely worth stopping by. I’ll be back for sure.

My son and I bought our first ball python. Super cool, we love it! Great experience, we love going in and looking at the cool animals. The staff are super nice, and welcoming. 10/10 wish there was one closer to rockwall.

I purchased a tarantula from here about a year ago. I was relatively new to keeping Ts and I was told that my Spider was a mature female that she was five years old. That was unfortunately, not the case. My beautiful girl was actually a male who molted a few months later.With brand new tibial hooks so I was very upset because I thought I had to confirmed female, and I did not. I totally understand that sexing Ts is not the easiest but at five years old, you can usually tell so was a bit not happy. The attached picture is my attempt at taxidermy so I could keep my little baby

Came in here last month and got some feeders for my baby bearded Dragon the guy made sure I got just the small dubias cause the place I went to before gave me ones that was WAY to big for my baby. Thank yall if I could give a give a higher rating I would. Will definitely be coming back every time im in the area. I live 4 hours away
