The Ludlow

When I moved into this place almost 2 years ago, it was PERFECT, I had zero issues with this property. Lately, the place has been encountering many issues but the most alarming one at this time is the garage doors. During Thanksgiving weekend, the entry garage door was down and will not work, staying consistently open and it is still down to this day after multiple times reaching out to the leasing office. Couple weeks ago, the exit door got stuck and now both doors are open at ALL TIMES and all combined it has nearly been 2 months. This was one of the main reasons why I chose to lease with The Ludlow and now anyone can have access to the garage and come in and go as they please which is a huge safety issue. 3 days ago, the.doors giving access the building from the garage were down and I was not able to have access to the building. Another woman and I were stuck for 15 minutes before it finally worked and we were able to able to enter. These doors need to be fixed as soon as possible!

I absolutely love the Ludlow community! The property and amenities are truly stellar, and you’re definitely getting great value for your money with everything they have to offer. The community is well kept and clean, and I really enjoyed getting to tour it. I’m definitely considering making Ludlow my future home. The studios are well designed, with a floor plan that’s perfect for me!

Everyone i’ve met in a little over 3 months have been nice and friendly. The staff is also great. Emily from the leasing office is a burst of good energy, and has always been helpful. The amenities are key features in the property value, and we are happy to have them. The weekly bagel is a nice joint effort from the staff (although we have yet to join one). I love the property’s location and neighborhood. I and my little family are comfortable and thankful to be a part of this community.

I moved in earlier this month, and I couldn’t be happier with the apartment and overall environment. Everything is exceptionally clean, and any issues are resolved quickly — exactly what you want in a well-managed complex. Emily has been amazing in helping my wife and me settle into our unit and has been responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend anyone taking a tour to go ahead and secure a spot before it’s gone!

I lived here a year, beautiful aesthetic. However every few weeks something broke, including the kitchen sink falling down. Apparently it was the vendors. Also, 9 out of 10 it was a situation that involved water damage. I noticed mold in my cabinet. Told management, but by this time they were no longer helpful or interested. This place is a beautiful facade. Please look elsewhere.
