The Livingston

I came in today to view an apartment and was greeted by Veronica. She was so helpful and informative she took her time with me and was so patient with all my questions. I don't normally get that at other places I've toured. They normally rush you. I appreciate her being helpful and knowledgeable and listening to what I was looking for. Thank you Veronica!! Give her a raise. Once it's closer to my lease ending where i am now, my plan is to make the Livingston my new home.

The Livingston community in Plano, TX, and the exceptional team that makes it such a wonderful place to call home. Since moving in 2018, I have had the pleasure of working closely with Ruth, whose dedication and professionalism have been instrumental in creating a supportive environment for residents. Her ability to balance corporate requirements while maintaining strong relationships with tenants is truly remarkable. I am especially grateful for her assistance during a challenging incident last summer & the current situation that took place recently, where her prompt and caring response made all the difference in moving into my new home. Veronica, as the APM, has also impressed me greatly. Her diligence and responsiveness during my recent move were commendable. She handled all the necessary paperwork efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition despite the many moving parts. Her friendly demeanor, coupled with her professionalism, makes every visit to the office a positive experience. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the maintenance team. They consistently go above and beyond, maintaining the property in excellent condition and helping out whenever they can. Their teamwork and commitment significantly enhance the living experience here. Due to the J names and double names I tend to call them "the Guys" since they are a team that helps each other out on every work-order. Overall, I deeply value my time at The Livingston and attribute much of my continued residency to the outstanding support from Ruth, Veronica, and (The Guys) the maintenance team. Thank you all for your hard work in fostering such a welcoming and beautiful community.

I was first introduced to The Livingston as a guest, and now I am proud to call this property home ! Ruth, Veronica, & the maintenance staff are simply amazing ! If there are any questions or concerns, they are addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone in search of a great community to call home. As a new resident here at the Livingston I definitely do feel at home. First I want to say Veronica and the maintenance staff is awesome and attentive. Veronica went above and beyond to help my son and I, and I am truly thankful…she is such a blessing. The property is well maintained, peaceful, quiet, not to mention my apartment is super cute. Looking forward to the years to come here at the Livingston.

I wouldn’t have survived the application process without Veronica Ortiz!!! She is amazing! I struggled a lot with the process and almost gave up, but this angel talking off the ledge and held my hand through the whole thing!!! Even before that when we went in to check out the place, Veronica was extremely professional, patient, and gave us the best service! Veronica went above and beyond to help us find our perfect town house and supported us through the whole thing! Veronica is amazing and should get a raise!!! What a wonderful human and professional and very experienced employee! We could tell how much she loves her job and that’s part of why we chose to move to the Livingston!
