Felt very clean and staff were polite and very professional. Brought my 1 year old in for ear infection, did need an appointment, got one in 2 hours. They take patients every 15 min but were booked out. Our appointment was quick from start to finish and both MA and Doc were wonderful with making my daughter feel comfortable and not scared during her exam. Thanks!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this urgent care. I was seen right away with no wait time, and every staff member—from the nurses to the assistants—was incredibly kind, thorough, and efficient. They addressed all of my concerns, completed testing and X-rays, provided a treatment plan, and even sent my prescription—all within just 45 minutes. The provider took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that I could understand, which I truly appreciated. This morning, when I had an issue at the pharmacy, I called back and the staff handled it immediately with so much care and professionalism. I’m very grateful for the outstanding service I received here. Highly recommend!

I used to go here, and recommended it to others, including my family, however after going there today, I won't be going back for multiple reasons. First, they supposedly take BCBS insurance, but conveniently don't take my exact version of it, and secondly and most importantly, I suspect they're reusing sample medications, specifically inhalers, on multiple patients. I went for a respiratory infection and they offered me to use an albuterol inhaler while I was there, but they TOOK IT BACK, rather than letting me keep it. I asked about this, because I've never NOT been given the inhaler I used at this or any other doctor's office, and they said they had a new policy that they have to dispose of it. There is no valid reason for this, other than they are probably going to attempt to sanitize the inhaler and reuse it for someone else. They have become extremely unprofessional in the last 7 months since my last visit and reportedly don't even have a nebulizer for patient use. You're better off going ANYWHERE else.

I was greeted at the door and taken to a room immediately. No waiting in a big room with 100 other sick people. I scheduled the appointment online which was great! Best service ever. All staff listened to me and treated me with great respect and care. I was even offered a bottle of water while I was waiting for my Xray results. 10/10 would come again. This is a VERY different experience from other urgent care facilities.

My mother is visiting for Christmas and developed an upper respiratory infection while here in N Dallas. Crystal was very nice and patient with us while helping us recover mom’s insurance information. Great people and speedy service.
