Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

I was very impressed with my experience here. Was seen quickly, they were very efficient, but I did not feel rushed along. Multiple times I was given the opportunity to ask questions and always felt heard. Thankful for the on-site X-ray availability. Was sent home with all I needed and felt that they addressed all concerns, made a good diagnosis, and focused on comfort and wellness in their treatment plan. All staff with whom we interacted were excellent and skilled/knowledgable. Highly recommend. Some reviews said that Breeze has a pharmacy on site; this one did not, but sent my prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy before I left their clinic.

Overall, this location is always very clean and not overly crowded. I can usually get a last minute appointment and be in and out, which I really appreciate.Based on my previous experiences, the staff has consistently been warm and welcoming. This most recent visit was a little different the PA interaction felt very transactional, brief and less warm, inviting and personable than what I’m used to. It may have just been a one off, as this hasn’t been my experience in the past. However, I would absolutely continue coming back based on my prior experiences with the staff and the overall efficiency of the visit.

Great experience overall. I was able to get an appointment last minute on a Saturday morning. When I arrived, I was taken directly to a room and was in and out in about 45 minutes. Dr. Tran saw me promptly. He was very nice, seemed knowledgeable and addressed my issues. I would definitely return to this location next time I need to visit an urgent care facility.

Great location. Great staff. I checked in 15 minutes before closing time. Everyone was ready to help, pitched in, helped each other and got my broken bone taken care of immediately. So Professional and thorough. I am most impressed. I highly recommend them.

My daughter had a gash in her head that needed staples, and we went to breeze because they were the closest to us. Upon Arrival we encountered the most professional medical staff that I’ve encountered in a long time. We were Both scared due to the circumstances and they made us feel welcome And immediately began treatment for my daughter. Jonathan applied the staples in the most caring and professional way and made sure we were discharged knowing what to expect and how to follow up. I would recommend breeze in a snap! Thank you, thank you thank you to Jonathan, TAN, Claudia, Masala, Alyssa, Nardos. I’m glad I have you guys as a part of my healthcare community!
