I cannot stay enough good things about this office! I spent years trying to get my occlusion fixed after major restorative work was done in 2015! I had dozens of consultations with dentists in MN who either claimed they couldn’t help me or didn’t understand what was going on. I was told I needed someone at an educator level to do a full recalibration of my bite. It was absolutely exhausting going from dentist to dentist with them telling me they couldn’t help me or didn’t have the experience necessary to feel comfortable doing it. Dr. Barnett has 48 years of experience in the field and was able to help me! I did the Trudenta treatment and got so much relief! My occlusion was so bad, my jaw was veering in on the left side with the muscles pinching into vital processes in my head and neck. Throughout the treatment, he was able to help get my muscles relaxed and make the necessary adjustments to my teeth. He played a vital role in helping me get my health and wellness back. Now that he is retiring, I had to find a new dentist to continue with the rest of the work that needs to be done due to the decade of improper alignment and even called him after hours to explain to him my case. I truly felt like I was in good hands here and as scary as it was for me, and as emotional as I could get with treatments, he never pushed me away or blew me off. The staff here were so nice and they even allowed me to pay on a payment plan since the treatment was $6000. Most practices want the full amount up front but they allowed me to pay the balance over the 12 weeks of treatment which was a huge help for me! He never even charged me for follow up visits either after the 12 week program was completed. I feel so blessed to have been able to work with him and his team! The hygienists were great and it was so mice to see the same one every time I came in for treatment. I hate when you get bounced around to different people at the office. The whole experience made me feel like they truly cared about my oral health! I had one dentist convince me that I needed an orthotic thinking he had 30 years experience and went to GA to see him for treatment only to find I was ripped off by a dentist with only ten years experience. They had me so convinced I didn’t listen to Dr. Barnetts recommendations and then I came back, $9000 poorer and he got me back on the right track. Turns out I just needed more adjustments. My case was very complex and it needed more than just the 12 week treatment and he was more than willing to keep helping me free of charge! I told him, I wish I had listened to him before going out to GA. It was a bunch of false advertising (claims of being the best in the world with 30 yrs exp. Treating my condition) and I regretted it but he still saw me, when I came back. That was my fault, because I didn’t understand what he was trying to tell me about the orthotic. I am just glad this is an adjustment issue and not a full fledged full mouth restoration like the other office I went to was trying to sell me on. I am so upset with myself that I let then brainwash me into going out there. I should have stayed with Dr. Barnett. One time, my truck battery died when I was there and the staff were so nice and helpful. Dr. Shewski even tried to help me jump my truck after hours. That was so nice and generous of his time, to do. These practitioners really care about their patients and anyone in the Dallas area would be lucky to see them! The waiting room is warm and inviting and all the office staff have a smile on their faces when you walk in and seem like they are happy to see you.

I am one of those people that had a TERRIBLE experience when I was young and have bad anxiety toward dental procedures. Dr. Allison Veytsman and her assistant are Amazing! They are very compassionate and was able to put me at ease with the help of nitrous oxide. The procedure was a success and with zero pain!. I would highly recommend her and all the staff at Star Ranch Dental! Thank you for being awesome today!

The dental hygienist took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment, and provided outstanding care. Star Ranch Dental is the best! From the Dentists to the hygienists and assistants and the office staff - they are all rock stars! Very caring and friendly and they make sure you are 100% comfortable during your visit. Shelli always does a fabulous job cleaning my teeth! Can’t say enough good things about this practice!!

Love Star Ranch Dental,they are great at the basics but they also have a good November special on invisalign that I did. Its so nice to have my bite back in place. I had all family switch to them too!
