Shoe Palace

So today I went into shoe palace last minute. Just to browse. Then I started talking to one of the employees, Devante (I really hope I didn’t get his name wrong). I was talking about my style and what I like to wear and he helped me find the perfect pair of air max shoes. Turns out it was only his second day! I had no idea until I checked out. It was November 22, 2025 around 11:00 AM so if I didn't get his name right, I hope the store can share this review with him. S/o that young man! You can just tell when you’re dealing with a good natured person. He’s one of them.

I've been to a lot of sneaker spots, and sometimes you get that rushed feeling or just a basic transaction. . He took the time to chat, answer all my questions about upcoming releases, and even helped me track down a pair I thought was long gone. His sneaker game is seriously impressive, and it's clear he's passionate about what he does. That kind of genuine enthusiasm and dedication to customer service is super rare these days, and it makes all the difference. friendly, and just makes you feel welcome, If you're a sneaker enthusiast like me, or even if you're just looking for some dope kicks and an awesome shopping experience, you absolutely HAVE to hit up Show Palace Stonebrier. And seriously, do yourself a favor and seek Eric. He's the MVP of that store, and his amazing service and great attitude are what truly make Show Palace a cut above the rest. ad a great experience thanks to Arman, the store manager, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed and even offered me a great deal that I truly appreciated. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service these days. I left the store not only satisfied with my purchase but also impressed by the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Janiyah, customer service was awesome! She was friendly and professional. My husband and I was just browsing around looking at shoes. I send a pair that I liked ask Janiyah to see if they had a size 3. She brought them back but the had that little Velcro strap in them. Janiyah was like wait them for you???!!! I was like yeah she said nahhh I can’t let you do no Velcro strap.. we laughed and she brought me out some high top ones!!!! lol with no straps!!!

The store was Very clean and so organized. The colleagues were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
