The hot water heater was also consumed during the leak, and so we needed both a plumbing re-route and hot water heater replacement. Our technician Robert expertly diagnosed the problem, explained things in proper detail with patience, and also offered options for the fix. He worked diligently, as did a second technician named Christian, and stayed until the job was completed in the evening hours. The job was completed in one day, cleanup was thoughtful and thorough, and some discounts were applied to the overall price to soften the blow. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future should we befall another unfortunate plumbing need!
