I got my cash withdrawl no problem. My problem was that the drive thru lanes were not lit at 7:00pm and the inbound traffic from Dallas Parkway to Costco via the alley made it so that I don't want to drive out to this branch

I love the service they provided for me.I'm glad to be part of a winning team.

Drove here from the Las Colinas area, and the ATM is not working. It's very frustrating when you are in a hurry and unable to go into the bank. Total waste of time, you would think that since there are few RBFCU locations in the Dallas area, they would try to keep up with their ATM. Very disappointing.

2025.01.15: what a shock still no better. Sad when I consider the RaceTrac ATM more reliable. 2024.05.03: When is the ATM going to work again. Seems like it’s been down for 4 months. I should be able to pull cash outside of the banks 9-5.

i walk into this branch at least twice a month. the experience is always a pleasure. it is never dry and transactional. while i don't always enjoy pulling money from my accounts, i do enjoy every interaction inside this branch!
