Exceptional in every aspect - Kenny was able to give me a date really quickly, and the team were extremely professional with letting us know when they were coming. On the job - Phil and Jesse were wonderful! They were efficient, protected all of my parents antiques and made sure we didn’t forget anything. They were able to get a desk down from a third storey I didn’t think would ever come out of there. I so appreciate the care they took with my parents and their belongings as we moved them to a smaller apartment in a senior community. Would 100% recommend!!!

Rapid Moves LLC truly lived up to their name — and exceeded every expectation! From start to finish, they were prompt, fast, respectful, and incredibly professional. The team arrived fully equipped with top-notch tools and handled every part of our move with care and confidence. They took care of everything! If it was packed, they carried it out…no hesitation. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and protected, and they handled our belongings as if they were their own. Whenever they noticed anything that might not be working properly, they immediately brought it to our attention — such a thoughtful touch that showed how much they care about their work. We had about twelve areas of the home to move from, including furniture that needed to be broken down and reassembled, and they handled it all seamlessly. The team of four: Phil, John, José, and another wonderful gentleman whose name escapes me — worked beautifully together. They were efficient, friendly, and truly pleasant to spend the day with. Moving is stressful enough. But to have a team of professionals who truly care is invaluable. Where do I start… On Time, professional, efficient, respectful and fast. We had a rather large move that required furniture to be disassembled and reassembled. From the moment they showed up you felt like they were there to service you. They communicated throughout the move and if anything wasn’t as expected they ensured to bring it to my attention promptly. They know how to pack a truck and didn’t just leave my items in a room they ensured the items were placed to my specifications. I had some Large furniture that needed to be placed in a room and rather than saying it wouldn’t fit they took my Door off moved the item and put the door back on within a few minutes. All the while there are no scratches on my walls or chipped paint. They provide red carpet treatment literally! They brought a long red carpet to be sure my Wood floors were not damaged at my old or new house. They had supplies and made sure each piece of furniture was wrapped. This was likely the smoothest move I’ve ever been through and I’ve been through several. Phil, Jose, Yohan, Jon and Angel were on point. I would recommend this company and especially the movers to anyone that is looking for a stress free move.

I had a great experience with Rapid Moves! This was my second time working with Ken and his crew. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. I especially want to highlight Phil, one of the movers, whose integrity and professionalism stood out. While moving my dresser, he noticed it needed to be covered to avoid any damage to the furniture or the walls. Instead of rushing through, he actually stopped, went back to the truck, and grabbed the proper materials to protect everything before continuing. That kind of care and attention to detail really impressed me. Despite that pause, the move was still incredibly rapid and well-organized. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again!
