Clean and tidy. Efficient checkout with a nice, modern and ergonomic user interface. Staff very cheerful. Clearly a place to checkout if one's preferred brands are stocked. I have zero knowledge in these matters but liked the store better than a few premium priced outlets.

I walked in and saw all the employees chilling at the check out once I started shopping they started hovering, staring and standing between the exit and me. And constantly asking if I needed help. It was very obvious they were watching me the whole time, one employee even popped their head around the corner then quickly receded once I looked up. Felt very profiled and would never shop there again. The whole experience was absurd. I don’t understand why they would harass 100 customers and maybe catch one thief. Very distasteful.

I was trying to substitute a shoes I bought with in three days that never wear but they tell me I have to clean the bottom.

Their app, offers and deals systems are useless . The buy one get one 50% is complicated and hard to find the suitable pair for the deal. One time I bought a boot that injured my leg , they gave me hard time to return it. I still have mark in my leg, almost one year ago.
