She’s an absolute perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when you’re planning the most important day of your life. Rachel can magically take your vision & turn it into reality. We hired Rachel to be the “Month and Day Of Coordinator” for our daughter’s November 1st wedding at The Dallas Arboretum. Rachel is calm as a cucumber, even with a million things happening at once pulling her in all directions. She was quick & patient to respond to our all our requests and questions (even at the last minute) without ever giving us the feeling she was inconvenienced. Rachel accepted our design input and ran with it. She’s a true collaborator within the design process, allowing your wedding to be as original & unique as you are! She finds ways to make it all work seamlessly. I had to edit my review because I wanted to say the Father of the Bride can't stop raving about Rachel's skill and expertise. He is ex-military & said her coordination & execution were on par with the Normandy invasion. Now of course he's embellishing, but he was so impressed with how seamlessly the events took place on our daughter's wedding day that he's been talking about it all week. Thanks Rachel & team! Rachel planned my December 2024 wedding. We had the BEST time working together the whole year. Not many girls can say this, but I miss planning my wedding, mostly because of Rachel and her team. They were always so organized and on top of everything. She understood me and my vision for the day perfectly. She knows everyone in the Dallas wedding industry, so if you have an idea, she knows just who to call to execute. She was very helpful to tell us what was in our budget and what was not. Day of, I had not one worry in the world. She had a whole team of people working behind the scenes to ensure everything went off without a hitch. Not a single thing went wrong day of. My only regret? Not getting to spend more time with Rachel the day of the wedding because she is so fun to be with. Cannot wait to see all the beautiful, amazing events she plans in the future. HIRE HER!!

Absolutely Amazing Wedding Planners – Made Our Big Day Perfect! We recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel Willis Events for our daughter’s wedding, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things. Every step of the planning process was smooth thanks to Rachel's and Salma's professionalism and attention to detail. Rachel and Salma listened to our ideas, understood our vision, and helped us bring it to life in a way that exceeded all expectations. Salma in particular, took the leadership as she coordinated with vendors seamlessly, managed timelines flawlessly, and ensured that everything ran perfectly on the day of the wedding—so we could just relax and enjoy every moment. As part of the process, Rachel and Salma gave us recommendations to help us select vendors and we formed great connections with Jill, @platinumpetalsfloral, our florist, and with Ashley, @ashleyrfondon, our photographer, both of them are very sweet and so easy to work with. Our DJ, @thisismayo, was excellent. The food and beverages were provided by Culinary Arts, @culinaryart1, who also did a great job. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and well-run everything was, and we know it wouldn’t have been possible without Rachel and Salma.
