Public Storage

I'm not one to do reviews like this but I have to say that the management team here is fantastic. Thomas, the on-site manager has great communication, very happy to help attitude and just an all around great experience. He has been more than helpful with all of my storage needs and concerns. Thomas has taken the time to meet with me and help me even with moving a heavy item and was happy to do it. Very pleased and appreciated customer!

I have to say, this was one of the SMOOTHEST experiences with a storage facility BY FAR! And it’s not just because of the brand PS, and the autonomy of the property. It’s also due to the staff they put in place. The day I moved in, nobody there. Not a problem. I was set to use my phone as a fob to a drive up unit. Everything was neatly inside the unit for locking. But when I wanted an additional lock, they even had a vending machine to pay your bill, or buy locks! And now to the staff, I had questions for PS but wanted to talk to a human. Well Hayley (on site manager) called me on her own today to ask how it all went. IT WENT GREAT, and now she was available to answer my questions! Honestly, don’t mess with the rest when Public Storage is the best! Thanks Hayley!

If I ever need storage again definitely coming here. Thomas is always there to help. He helped me jump my car
