Sally was more than helpful. She helped me and my sister navigate a very hard situation with ease. She was kind, courteous, and very considerate as to our difficult circumstances. Update: Updating to three stars for customer service and full refund. We like the other public storage facilities would not recommend this one. Rented us a unit that doesn’t actually exist! Gave us a storage unit on the third floor of a two floor building. No one was in the office to talk to and the number on the door didn’t work. Eventually got in contact with managment and would not honor the sales price to move to another location because we were “existing customers” and wouldn’t give us a full refund and are charging us an administrative fee.

I have tried to get ahold of someone on the phone a few times now with no luck. My vehicle is unfortunately parked in an oil spill that was there before I even parked my vehicle. It’s slightly frustrating as I would rather not have my tires sitting in a pile of oil. Not sure why no one ever picks up the phone or responds to voicemails. This is not the only issue I have as I need to ask basic questions and no one is answering the phone to help. Need better communication on your end

Great place, they keep the facilities clean and are very attentive. Sadly, they increased the price from $40 to $53 per month after 3 months, but they haven't made any changes since. So I guess whatever rate you get, it's just promotional for 3 months, then they'll increase it. Keep that in consideration.

The professionalism exhibited by Sally assisting in navigating a difficult situation was unsurpassed. It is refreshing and reassuring to know that there are still people out there who care, especially those involved in customer service. Customer service is an understatement for the kindnesses, compassion, understanding, and professional attention paid to addressing my family’s situation. Hopefully storage needs are not at the top of my list anytime soon, but if they are, I am glad I have public storage, but mostly Sally on my side. Thanks again, so much, sally!!!!
