Property owners are targeted. It's unfair and offensive words are used by property standards specialist without any reason.

I am pleased with the expediency of this office! We hit a bump yesterday & i was not happy yesterday. I spoke with Scott this am .. A manager & i met Ben at my unit today. Regardless of the outcome i feel confident now that they are doing their best to ensure my unit is to code! Thank you Connie

Is this really acceptable in a apartment
