Plano ISD-District Transportation Services

Mr.Curly is by far he rudest individual I’ve even encountered in Texas. This man should not work with the general public let alone concerned parents. He belongs in a warehouse with equipment not people. Plano ISD as a whole has disappointed me and I advise parents to think twice before moving to Plano for the schools at this point. They care nothing about the care or safety of the students. I will be at every meeting this year to ensure things turn around for the future of Plano.

Please explain to me why the stop at 7220 mccallum on bus 1260 takes over 10 min to pick up the kids.... bus driver sits there letting parents make googoo gaga eyes at the kids LONG after they've been loaded, won't turn the lights and stop signs off.... and is totally impeding traffic. Have some considerations for ppl trying to get to work and have a sense of urgency!!!!!!

I really appreciate all the kindness in this place, since I walk in, the people in the front desk were sooo amazing and helpful and kindness that I'm so grateful. Then I meet more and more amazing human beings in there. Thank you so much for all the patience and help you gave me and may God bless your life and your job. One of my sons has autism so he has to ride a special bus. Doesn't have to be at school until 745 yet he's forced to catch the bus which is supposed to be at 625 even tho they tell us he needs to be ready 10 mins early. So we are supposed to be early while yall are late or just don't show up all together. Been out here since 615 and it's now 635. Need to get yalls stuff together! I'm contacting the board! FYI aren't no other kids on the bus so that means my son is the first one getting picked up. Yall didnt show up till 6:36

How do expect middle school children to walk 39 minutes to school shame on you!!!
