This place is so nasty. It smells so bad and the service is awful. I’ve been waiting Two months for Them to send me medicine to the pharmacy One star is a lot for them if anyone see this message, please don’t go to this clinic. It’s so nasty and it smells so bad and you don’t wanna do your exams there like the trashcan is full of trash and they don’t recommend you to do anything for you have to tell them what to do for you like I told them What exams I need. I don’t recommend this place at all for anyone.

Dr. H.Nguyen, has been my PCP for almost 10 yrs and also some of my family members. Growing up in a house hold with a Grandmother that was a nurse had it's plus! She would teach us certain things to look for to make sure that whatever health care provider you choose was right for you. Not only am I grateful for Dr. H. Nguyen and her care over the years but I'm grateful for her professionalism and the time she takes to listen, individualize and meet the need of my care each time and see me through.

I recently changed to this PCP and have nothing but good things to say! The ladies at the front are always so friendly and always can give me the help I need. If I ever have a question they right away get the question to the doctor and call me back. The nurses are very nice as well. Most important doctor Do and Nguyen are amazing ! When i give a concern they answer all my questions in regards of my concerns. I love this clinic so much that I wish I could bring my son to them. I’m just so happy with finding the right doctor for myself. I struggled to find a doctor that actually cared or went to an extent to look for my answers. I really do recommend this clinic.I know I will refer family and friends. They also get me in very fast ! I also LOVE that I can stop in mornings before work because they are open early mornings.

I have never had such a horrible experience since, I have been coming here for 2 to 3 years now. First, when I came to my follow up the Dr. Do should have never clocked out with unfinished business regarding my care plan. My oncologist Office provide here with her private cell phone number. That whole appointment was a waste of my time and gas. The people answering the people answering the phone are nice nasty and very uncaring. Talking I am just the messenger... Then to add to it... I get here today to address the issue from my follow up appointment and was told I had a copay and Dr. Ngyuen would not see me over $19 copay. SMH I am highly disappointed in the treatment and service I received last week and today. People who don't live with chronic pain have no clue and because they are not the one dealing with chronic pain they will never know how chronic pain affects the individual.... Lord Jesus take this pain away from me. Jesus fix it.

I have been a patients of Dr. Nguyen for 2 years. She was utterly professional and detailed. She listened to what was going on and then determined the necessary tests to be taken. Given I am a cash patient she still worked it out for what we need now and what we can follow up with. I don’t understand the reviews below me because I have never had a bad experience in any given area. I think sometimes people don’t take information correctly sometimes and that could be the issue prior to my review. Her staff was awesome! I believe her name is Ty but she really took the time when I made a appointment and wow talk about a asset Dr. Nguyen has! I didn’t catch the front girls name but she was sweet and professional. I’ve gone to my same general since I was a kid and I love him but to step outside for my care I most would for Dr. Nguyen. Thank you for your level of professionalism, the level of care, and the knowledge you provide in detail. If you need a doctor I would highly recommend her and her entire staff!
