Excellent experience at Pinnacle dental. Dr. Jang is really friendly and explained each and every step with lot of patience and clarity. This was my very first experience of dental check up in US and he ensured that I understand the procedure completely. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for dental checkups.

I had such a great experience at Pinnacle Dental in Plano! From the moment I walked in, the energy was so welcoming. The receptionist ( jaz )was not only professional and helpful, but also so much fun to talk to — her bright smile and positive attitude lit up the whole office. It honestly set the tone for the entire visit. Dr. Jang and the rest of the team were incredibly kind, patient, and skilled. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their patients here. The office itself is super clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. I also appreciated how punctual and organized everything was — I didn’t feel rushed or like just another appointment. The experience at Pinnacle Dental qas amazing. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and helpful. Dr. Jang and Maria, RDA were quick, efficient, yet careful. Definitely coming back and finishing my treatment here.

We have been regular patients at Pinnacle for over 7 years. We highly recommend their doctors. Today, I had to bring my son in to have his wisdom teeth removed, and even though it’s a surgery, my 16-year-old son was extremely impressed with how quick and easy the process was with Dr. Jang. It was painless, and he removed all four teeth with great ease. Highly recommended :)
