I was looking for an office in Brentwood, Encino and Sherman Oaks. I had mane conversation with different salespeople but yesterday I talked with Joshua Guzman and he understood what I really wanted and need for my small business. So, he contacted me with the Premier Workspaces in 500 S Sepulveda Blvd and give me a pass day to check the place and feel the vibes there. And voilà... I have an office NOW!!! Safiya and Zach (the manager) are so kind and easy-going people. They have the time to explain everything. The offices here are big, the location is central and not far to de LAX Airport and more than that I felt they really take care of me and my needs as an entrepreneur. Thankkkkk youuuuu!!! Happy to have my first BIG Office in Los Angeles with an amazing price BTW. :)

Joshua Guzman was an amazing agent. He took the time to schedule all of my tours and made the process so easy. Since I’m always on the road, I don’t have much time to follow up, but Joshua handled everything with professionalism and care. From the very first interaction, he was calm, patient, and never pushy, just focused on helping me find the right place for me and my team. His follow-ups were always thoughtful and timely.
