Dear Office Depot Executive Relations Team, I am writing to document my experience at your Frisco, Texas location and the disappointing response I received from Office Depot Corporate following my complaint. At this point, it is clear that Office Depot does not prioritize protecting or supporting its customers, and I feel it is important that other consumers be aware. After reporting the issues I encountered—including being ignored, spoken to with visible frustration, and receiving an incorrect print order that forced me to visit another location—I was informed by Corporate that HR “could not find where policy had been mishandled” and that the employee “was not in the wrong.” This conclusion completely dismisses the reality of what occurred and reflects a concerning lack of accountability within your customer service standards. Whether or not your internal team chooses to view this as a policy violation, the behavior I experienced was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. The associate’s refusal to communicate clearly, his irritated demeanor, and the incorrectly completed order created an environment that was unwelcoming and disrespectful. These issues directly contradict the customer-focused values Office Depot claims to uphold. The follow-up from Corporate only reinforced my impression that customer experience is not a priority for your organization. Instead of addressing the concerns I raised, the response felt like an attempt to minimize the situation rather than acknowledge the impact. I am sharing this to ensure there is a documented record of what happened and to caution future customers who rely on Office Depot for printing and in-store services. My experience at the Frisco location—and the subsequent dismissal of it by Corporate—reflects a broader issue that consumers deserve to be aware of. Thank you for your time.
All if the associates are super friendly and helpful. I’m not very techie and they all helped with my labels. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I arrived for my TSA appointment at 10:30 only to have to wait and wait again for them to warm the machine up. This place is filthy and probably hasn’t been cleaned since it opened. And when I went to pay the machine charged my debt card. I then selected a receipt that did not print because it was out of paper. They ended up calling the help desk and could not get my confirmation number.
Clean store with lots of office and daily household products available and in stock. Loved their self serve printing services and their courier section. Checkout is fast and employees are courteous. Sometimes lot of discounts available at local Office Depot. Staffs are always eager to assist customers and provide their best opinion on any product.
Issac did amazing! So helpful and understood my needs for a major event. Really good ! All employees should be like him.
