This company has gone SUBSTANTIALLY down hill since India took over customer service. DO NOT BOTHER. They can't even ship orders to the correct place, when you call customer service they tell you to email, they never email back and the chat bar is useless. They only tell you they are unable to help. This company is going down hill fast and is just disgusting to deal with.
