Update posted at the end. I have been using this company since 2018. Then, the preparer was very knowledgeable and got it done without any issues. He was the go-to person for me till 2023. Eventually he became a close friend. The preparer moved on to a different role. The latest filing (2024) was done by a team based in India. Not sure if they have been trained with the US tax laws. The HSA was messed up. But it was corrected and the tax filing was completed on time. There is a referral cash back of upto $20. There were 2 referrals from my side. Until today there is no sign of the cash back. I have been told that the invoice team is working on it. This does not make sense because the validation does not take long. I already provided them the name and the contact number. May 28 - There is still no response on this referral. July 6 - The issues from the company stands resolved. I also received an email a couple days earlier regarding the referral cash back. The communication must be improved from the company side with the clients. I have also requested to set up a meeting with the concerned manager for filling 2025 taxes.
