Museum of Contemporary Visual Art

I had a wonderful experience visiting the MOCVA Museum. The environment was inspiring, filled with beautiful and creative artworks by amazing artists. Listening to the stories behind each piece showed just how unique and meaningful they are. I also had so much fun talking with the incredible people who work there. I absolutely recommend visiting this welcoming museum.

This place is heaven! Soheyla and Mike are incredibly warm, welcoming, passionate artists and art lovers, and they’ve curated a beautiful cozy world on this unassuming street. Truly, some of the most hospitable and kind people I’ve met. I had a lovely time touring the rooms with them and exploring everything they've brought together. There’s so much to take in, and there’s something for everyone in here, old and new - I highly, highly recommend visiting. And I hope that soon their area will expand!

Another enjoyable visit at the opening of Jade's exhibit. She has a nice variety of potrait and abstract art of various sizes and prices. I highly recommend visiting this show. As always museum staff give a warm welcome. They also enjoy meeting artists at any skill level. They are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons.

Great place to view paintings and hand crafts. One of the co-founders, Soheyla, was very nice and friendly, and could keep kids busy and entertained.

We happened upon this gem in downtown Plano a little bit by accident, but it was a reminder that the universe knows what’s good for you! The owners (Including the primary artist) gave us a full tour and were so hospitable and kind! There’s some great stuff to see here… Please make a trip to walk around their fabulous art museum! There are original sculptures and paintings as well as modern art. Check the website for upcoming events. Ask to meet Luke. And remember, good things come in small packages🩵
