Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

Excellent experience with Loy, Christian & Kevin. They put in new under cabinet lighting in our kitchen, repaired and replaced bulbs in the lights above the cabinets too & installed to replacement fixtures upstairs. I called for the appointment yesterday, they came today & promptly finished the job. Everything looks great! Just in time for holiday hosting. Thank you Milestone!

He is a person of good character and integrity. Nathan was our master electrician. He is competent, compassionate and committed to excellence. He handled our home with great respect. He has a dedicated spirit and will take ownership of issues. He is passionate about his work and genuinely believes in being gentle with clients. He was invested in the work and did not hurry the process. He’s thoughtful and thorough. Michael and Nathan changed our lives and made us feel comfortable and at ease. We are thankful for their kindness and enjoyed having Michael, Nathan, Mark and Hayden in our home. They are teammates and their work is unparalleled. As home owners, my wife and I are well pleased.

Overall great service from Milestone. Everything from scheduling to invoicing was seamless. Their techs are also provided with good equipment. Jonathan Almanza was the technician that worked on my house to fix a drain clog. The guy is awesome . He's very professional and knows what he's doing. What I liked was that he didn't rush the job. He spent the necessary time to figure out the root cause. He cleared the line, gave me the video and provided a thorough written assessment for my insurance. All for a great price. He was also kind enough to answer some questions about a renovation I was planning. I highly recommend Jonathan and Milestone!

I had what seemed to be a small problem. After I agreed to the quote, the job turned out to be much more difficult. Specifically my kitchen 3 pole lighting system has to be redone from scratch. Clint and his assistant were very professional and completed the job at the quoted price despite it being 105 degrees outside. Great work. They installed additional accessories panels for a junction box that had been walked in and was hidden, rewired 4 light switches to allow two sets of two to work independently. This was a project I was dreading for sometime and had tried to do myself unsuccessfully. I really appreciate how quick they were able to respond as I called at 9 am and they were here by 11 am. However they did leave a large hole in my drywall which I suspect is because they were electricians and not drywall experts. Fortunately, this is a hiccup I can resolve with little effort.

Jake provided excellent service and arrived as promised. Very professional and performed survey of the water system. He had to go purchase a part because the one he had on the truck would work but it would work differently. I definitely appreciated that. He took the time to walk through everything with me and answer all my questions. I would recommend Milestone and Jake in particular for plumbing needs.
