I had a very good experience with the sweet woman on the phone Preeya I had problem with my schedule and could not do a follow up until later than Dr. wanted and she helped me make my appointment. She said she was going to check with dr imam about my problems and that she would give me a call back but she was quick and fast and didnt make me wait too long. at other places they sometimes make you wait days or forget about you but she took my problems seriously and was very nice on the phone. Dr Imam is also a nice dr I recommend this place to anyone.

I called this place up for a x-ray check and they told me on phone you can come in today so we can take a look, when I walk in I told them you guys told me to walk in and apparently there is no technician to take a look at it what a shitty communication they have with their patients, always double check with them because now I have to wait for two days and the doctor to look at it comes next week. Great place

The urgent care is the worst for kids. They have several nurses and doctors, but the white nurse with the red patchy face was extremely rude. She expects children to behave like adults. There was no mercy or kindness while treating kids. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Edit: I had originally left a 1 star review, and they were so upset with that they called me out in the office, then gave me a letter saying they were dropping me. When I called back to ask why and beg them to change their mind because I need serious help..they said no, the letter stands, and couldn’t give me a reason. I even changed the review to the 5-star review below in hopes they’d still help me but Dr. Imam stands in his decision, refusing to explain why, even after I changed the review AND my insurance to try to stay with them…clearly they care about their image more than helping people. It was a little bit of a struggle to get a PCP appointment, but these people really do care about you. I have been struggling with health problems for a long time now, and everyone here has done everything in their power to help me find answers. The front desk girl is so kind, Noor the doctors assistant is very straightforward and helpful, and Dr. Imam is very knowledgeable. Thank you again for all your help!

I took my son in and the front desk lady was super kind and welcoming from the start. She made a stressful visit feel much easier. Really appreciate her great attitude and professionalism.
